Apply an appropriate amount directly to wet body, massage gently for 1-2 minutes, then rinse. Massage thoroughly into calloused areas such as elbows, knees, and heels. We recommend using it twice a week.

Apply one scoop for the upper body, one scoop for the lower body, and one scoop for problem areas such as knees and heels.
