PAYMENT POLICY
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and most orders will normally be dispatched within 2-5 business days from the date ordered, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The estimated delivery does not include delays caused by weather, shipping couriers, public holidays, customs holds & any other delay outside of our control.
*All prices on 18ichiban are in Japanese Yen.
*Exchange Rates: Orders are paid in JPY and the exchange rate will be calculated at time of purchase by your credit card processor.
We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes.
*Customs Taxes & Duties: The total amount per order DOES NOT include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Depends items)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

-Downloadable software products
-Some health and personal care items
-Damage or spoiled during shipment
-Product damaged by personal reason
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
