The flavor ingredients for daily dashi are all domestic ingredients such as dried bonito produced in Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture, which boasts the largest production of dried bonito in Japan, and kelp produced in Hokkaido.

 

No additives are used and the salt content is reduced to make the soup stock gentle on the body so that you can eat it with peace of mind every day.

Flavor ingredients: (dried bonito, dried sardines, dried bonito, mackerel, mackerel, kelp), starch decomposition products, sugar, salt, powdered soy sauce, protein hydrolyzate, yeast extract, (partly wheat, soybeans, mackerel) include)

* Since this product tends to get damp, close the zipper tightly after opening it, store it in the refrigerator, and use it as soon as possible.
* Whole fish being used on this product, bones and skin may be mixed in rare cases, so please be careful when opening and using.
* The dashi pack may harden, but there is no problem with the quality.
* This product contains a desiccant.
